General Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all components included.
A copy of your receipt or order number is required for all returns.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Firearms, ammunition, or serialized components (such as receivers)
Safety equipment (e.g., ear protection, eye protection)
Clearance or “final sale” items
Custom or modified products
Gift cards or downloadable software

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at mike@covarms.com.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review and, if approved, issue a prepaid return label or replacement as appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to issue store credit for certain returns at our discretion.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to arrange it. You will be responsible for the difference in price and shipping costs, if applicable.
